Founded by Dr. Henry Brooks in 1984, Citrus Park Animal, Bird & Exotics Hospital is a full-service animal hospital welcoming both emergency treatment cases and pet patients in need of routine medical, surgical, and dental care. Our hospital treats all types of pets including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small mammals, amphibians, and more. We are also a full boarding facility with an in-house groomer. Our staff has special interests in internal medicine, dermatology, pediatric medicine, geriatric medicine, and surgery of dogs, cats, and exotics. We make our clinic comfortable, kid-friendly, and calm so your pet can relax and look forward to meeting our caring staff.

I would recommend this clinic, the doctor is knowledgeable and friendly to my pets. The fees seem fair and they never hesitate to give an estimate if asked. My pets are happy with this Dr. so that makes me happy!

Dr. Brooks has been caring for my parrots for years. He really knows birds and takes the time to answer all my questions. The staff is wonderful too!

Finally found a vet in Tampa who really understands reptile care. My bearded dragon received excellent treatment. Highly recommend for exotic pets!
