Last Thursday our chicken Pearl had an issue...her vent was prolapsed. After about 24 hours of trying everything I could, nothing was working. I didn't mind doing the 45 minutes drive to Brook-Falls! Dr. Root even took some extra time to speak with us after they were technically closed for the day. I am very grateful he was knowledgeable about chickens! He clearly loves what he does and it shows!!!

We drove from 3 hours away to Brook Falls Veterinary Hospital to get our beloved guinea pig Gatsby's back teeth trimmed. We're so thankful we made the drive! Dr. Blake Root and vet assistant Desiree were so kind and reassuring. They treated Gatsby like the MVP he is (that's Most Valuable Piggy). It was the best experience we could have possibly had.

Dr. Root and his staff were very knowledgable about gecko lizards. We took our 8+ year old male gecko 'Don Julio' to see Dr. Root when our beloved pet suddenly started losing weight. After a thorough check up, dr. Determined the cause and prescribed medications and a meal supplement. Thank you to Dr. Root for his help and giving us hope that Donny will be well again soon!
